Mistura® Watches are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of original purchase.
The movement and hands are the only components covered under this warranty.
The Mistura® warranty conditions are subject to material and workmanship defects. Mistura watches are 90% natural and made by hand which means that any improper or abnormal use may cause damages to your Mistura Watch and that will void your warranty automatically.
Damages caused by natural reactions would be cover for a period of 6 months from the date of original purchase. These will be repaired or the watch will be replaced, at the discretion of Mistura® Repairs Center, free of charges, if they met the warranty conditions
