Quiet street Dolphin Avenue, Mermaid Beach -5 minutes drive to Bond Uni, 2 minutes walk to the beach, Nobbys shops and Café’s, Public transport is 100m away.
Prefer non-smokers, but not essential as long as you smoke outside.
21-30 yr male/female, 3 weeks Bond required.
Utilities cost $10 per week. Includes all bills, WIFI and a CLEANER!
This is a place to call home so we are looking for CLEAN AND TIDY people that don’t party in the middle of the week and have respect to others.
