We are on Lake Rudd, which has clear blue water and a small sandy beach. It is safe for swimming (the local children swim in it). Great fishing, with some big palagic fish about 1m long.
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, at the East end of Cypress Drive. We are close to the Q Centre, Gym, Carrara markets, Pacific Fair and public transport. It is 3kms to the beach.
Looking for mature person, non smoker. $155 plus expenses and 4 weeks bond.
