Hi,
I have 2 rooms to rent in a 3 bedroom modern townhouse in the awesome Chamonix resort complex at Mermaid Beach. The complex has a beautiful pool, heated spa, sauna, and gym. It is a short walk to the beach, and just across the road from the Nobby beach shops and cafes.
The townhouse itself is fully furnished and equipped, and has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. One room is large and the other is medium sized, and both come with a built in wardrobes. I can provide a bed and a desk if you need them.
I am in my early 30's, work as a computer nerd, and am into surfing. I live a social life with dinner parties, BBQs, and house guests, and also enjoy chilling with a book and a coffee.
I also have a super chilled out cat, Jerry, who will love to sit on your lap and get his head scratched.
$170 and $180/wk, includes electricity and unlimited broadband wifi internet.

PS - The pictures are ones I took from real estate sites of the complex, so the unit is similar but not the same, and the furniture is not as new, but yes, that is our pool :)
