Experienced Waitperson in BROADBEACH, Queensland

Pancakes on the Rocks – Mermaid Beach is looking for an experienced mature hospitality worker to join our team!
With six locations in Sydney and now one on the Gold Coast, our company’s success is due to a strong principal goal to consistently provide quality food and excellent customer service. We are now seeking an individual who both shares our passion for hospitality and strives for personal growth in this field.
We are looking for an applicant who is:
Mature, positive, bubbly and outgoing personality,
An efficient worker with a strong focus on excellent customer service,
Understands the value of hard work in a team environment,
Self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others,
Maintain constant attention to detail,
Must be able to work well under pressure,
Must be available to work a rotating roster, including days, nights and weekends
Responsibilities will in include, but not limited to:
Providing excellent and consistent customer service,
Following company policies and procedures,
Wait service (including hosting, taking orders, running food and drinks, clearing and setting tables),
Bar service (including barista skills),
Register/cash handling,
This is a part time position offering 15-20hr per week, and you may be required to work more hours over school holidays and peak periods. There are opportunities in career development within the company for the right person.
