This house is walking distance to Coomera Rivers State School and Rededge Convenience Centre (BWS, newsagency, coffee shop etc).

I don't mind if you are self-employed (I know the pain! My hubby is self-employed!), retired, or have some other situation the banks hate, as long as you are upfront and can prove an income that would service a rent of OVER $650/week.
This house will not be available till January 2016 and despite being built in March 2015, will be brand new as it will only be a show home till you move in.
