We operate as The Couch Therapy Group and have professional rooms avalible. They do have furniture in them which can be used or moved out of the room. There is an opportunity for another professional group to join our rooms. This could suit lawyers, accountants or other allied health professionals.
We have 5 offices. Two are available for permanent use and the other offices can be shared when required. Opportunity to share costs of admin/receptionist if this is also required. Cost to include normal use of electricity and internet. This to be negotiated if the business does require excess use of electricity or internet.
Cost of $1500 a month includes the use of the two rooms as your own and as stated above the electricty and internet. If just one room is wanted this cost would be $750.00 a month.
