The beach house is situated at the northern end of Broadbeach, a mere stones throw away from the sandy beaches of the GC.

The Broadbeach beach house is surrounded by large sweeping frangipani's on two sides upon which guests can sit, converse & dine.
Entry to the house is through French doors immediately into the lounge/living/dining area which can accommodate 5 persons.
The living area flows, the property has appointed with stylish beachy French provincial/chic shabby furniture.
In the summer the beach house is naturally cool with 10 foot ceilings. All rooms have wooden hopper windows to catch the prevailing sea breezes.
If preferred, guests can dine on the open verandah to the front of the property while watching the passing parade.
The Broadbeach beach house accommodates 5 persons, with 1 queen bed, 2 single beds single beds and 1 single bed ensemble.
There is a 40 inch plasma television and DVD player in the main bedroom and living area. The lounge has the same as well as a sound system with docking station.
Enjoy the convenience of having in the same street a Spa supermarket for all your needs, fish and chip shop with unbelievable fish and chips, a BWS for afternoon beverages, nip into sushi train and Lolas restaurant/café for Brekky. Duck across to Elk for an amazing breakfast and a coffee. Try the steak at the Bowls club across the road which will be holding the Commonwealth Games in 2018.
From this location it will take you minutes to walk into the bustling café/restaurant precinct of Broadbeach, the Casino, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre & The Gold Coast Convention Centre.

The neighbourhood is AS GOOD AS IT GETS! fantastic neighbours and only a two minute walk to the beach, restaurants etc. All guests must visit elk for a coffee or a fresh juice on a lazy afternoon followed by a dip in the ocean and a walk along the beach. Incredible!
Parking is included outside of the property. There are also buses that run directly to and from the gold coast airport to the property. BusesLocal Bus to/from the AirportGold Coast Airport has a conveniently located Transport and Information Desk right outside International Arrivals. There is a bus stop 20 seconds walk from the property that will take you north or south of the Gold Coast. If you require any other directions take the bus to the main transit at Pacific fair where you can catch a bus anywhere on the Gold Coast :)
